I’ve been very open and honest about my own journey with mental health and I am an advocate for being able to openly express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Sometimes just having someone listen to us, without comment, can do wonders.
Unfortunately, many of us do not have the opportunity or the access to adequate mental health services, or we may not have the level of support we need in our everyday lives from our family, educators and peers. Many of you may feel alone, hopeless and trapped in your mind. Of course, you are not alone.
